A schedule is an interval in minutes and a prompt. When it is on, the agent wakes at that interval and receives the prompt.

The shortest interval is 60 minutes on Pro, 5 on Premium and 1 on Max.
The last result is kept as a digest.
A risky call in a scheduled run waits for approval like any other.
The plan's tool calls a day are a hard stop for the day.
